Martlets Farm Barn

Situated in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside near Shaftesbury, UK, this modern barn conversion sits perfectly in its environment giving spectacular views across the English countryside, towards the Blackmore Vale.

We were approached by the client to produce architectural visualisations / cgi imagery for marketing purposes.

We spent a morning walking the site and mingling with the local Aberdeen
Angus herd for photography and a brief survey for information to help
with the visualisations back at the studio.

The client liked what we were suggesting and was keen to let us do what we thought would work best.

The client and agent originally suggested that we created an aerial view
looking down on the property but we were convinced that we should show
the endless spectacular rolling landscape and views that the property
would sit within, giving potential buyers that feeling of coming home to
their beautiful property after a hard day’s work or long walk with the
family, and being able to relax to watch a sunset.

Planning had already been approved with the aid of some of very basic
hand drawn sketches and it was our job to take those and turn them into
something that people would see and fall in love with.

Marketing with the images was initiated straight away which generated immediate interest and we were recently informed by the client that a sale had been completed off plan.

Mission accomplished, that's what we like to hear.
