Planning Photomontage and Verified Views (AVR’s)

As well as CGI imagery for marketing purposes, we offer a full range of solutions for planning proposals and submissions. Photomontage and verified view images allow you to accurately represent a proposed development scheme with accurate data to back it up.

To produce Verified Views or Accurate Visual Representations (AVR's) we use survey data and accurate CAD data to position 3D / CG elements to precise locations within existing photography. This allows us to show an accurate representation of a proposed development along with a formal document giving position data to back it up.

With these AVR's we would generally supply a before image, a proposed outline image to give a representation of the massing of the development, known as an AVR 0 and a final full proposed CGI image known as the AVR 1.

We can work from existing survey data and photography or carry this out ourselves. In many cases we would recommend that we do carry this out to make sure that all the necessary stages are carried out.
